Lamb & Rosemary Skewers

Ingredients



  • Lemons

  • Paprika

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Lamb

  • Fresh Rosemary


Recipe


1. Mix the zest of two lemons with 1 teaspoon paprika and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2. Slice up the lamb and mix it with the mixture created above until it is well coated

3. Take 6 springs of rosemary and strip the leaves off the stem, leaving some at the top

4. Thread the coated lamb onto the springs

5. Cook for 10 minutes on a grill
