Veggie Soup Recipe

This is a great recipe for using up all those left over veg and is very tasty :)

Ingredients


Any leftover vegatables


Ginger (fresh or in the box)


Tin of Sweetcorn




Recipe


1. Put all cooked and chopped vegetables into a blender with the tin of sweetcorn and a small peeled chopped piece of ginger or a teaspoon of ginger and blender.


2. Add 500ml Vegetable stock made with half a vegetable stock cube and boiling water


3. Put it all back into a pan and heat


4. Eat with crusty bread :)
