Roasted Garlic Ciabatta

Ingredients



  • Garlic Blub

  • Ciabatta

  • Tomates

  • Avocado


Recipe


1. Wrap a whole blub of garlic in foil and roast it in the oven at gas mark 4 for 35 to 40 minutes

2. Once cooked leave it to cool, then slice of the top and squeeze out the insides

3. Cut the ciabatta lenghtways and divide into 3 bits

4. Toast the ciabatta and spread the garlic plup onto it

5. Chop up the avocado and tomatoes into cubes

6. Spread the cubes onto the toasted ciabatta and drizzle with olive oil

7. Season with salt and pepper
