Laptops

Last night was play fighting with the husband when he hit a glass onto the floor which smashed into loads of little pieces dropping water on my Mac laptop, and he was freaking out but I took out the battery and let it dry.   This morning it works again but I am a little disappointed as I wanted to get a new laptop because the mac is too heavy, not enough RAM and the battery life is shit even though this is my third battery for the mac.

I was looking at  Dell Inspiron 17 or the Dell Inspiron Mini 10, I know everyone hates Dell because you can't upgrade it yourself but after having a dell pc desktop for the last couple of months (because it was free from the goverment!), I am pretty impressed by it and by vista (urgh I didn't just say that!) so maybe getting a dell laptop won't be so bad.

Might be able to get the hubby to give me some savings to buy one while I wait for my uni money... mmmm
