I'm hoping doing this will help me get down from 9 stone 10 to 8 stone 10... so I would like to lose a stone =)
Yesterday
Breakfast - Cereal, two pieces of toast with jam
Lunch Time - Avocado, 3 pieces of ham and 2 pita bread
Tea Time - Stew with two pieces of bread
Snack - Jelly tots at work
Drinks - tea and two bottles of water
Today
Breakfast - two pieces of toast with jam
Lunch Time - Pasta, bacon, tomato
Tea Time - Dunno yet whatever I have in my cupboard (Edit, bad bad bad bad Carmel, I had half a small cheese & tomato pizza (express!))
Snack - chew bar
Drinks - one bottle of water and a tea (two bottles now)
I have also been taking my vitiams so that I wont' keep on getting so sick all the time
