Here we are again with my food diary plus I got paid today (not the best pay check but at least it's something) and it's pissing it down with rain here in old wet England.
Thursday 29th
Cuppa tea, glass of orange juice and cereal
Soup - leak and potatoe plus two pieces of toast
Yogurt, museill & honey
two bottles of water
yougurt & muiltgrain crisps
Friday 30th
2 x ham roll with low fat mayo
1 pot of peaches
Wheatabix with semi-skinned milk
Fish cakes & beans
Cuppa tea
Three bottles of water
Now it's the weekend and hopefully I'll be better since I am not out this weekend due to the fact I have 4 assignments to do for the next couple of weeks plus it stops me from drinking vodka =X
