Well wasn't the best day yesterday, had to be on the tills for 5 hours afterwards my back hurt like a bitch!
Okay food-wise again not so good.
Cereal + cuppa tea
Rivitas + cheese & honey
Chinese box (150 cals) + two packs of sweets (300 calcs! BAD CARMEL!), Dr Pepper (again bad Carmel, but it was like 1/4 of a bottle)
Low-Fat yoghurt & crisps
Two bottles of water
It kind of failed in the afternoon because work was 2 - 11pm and I was having a bad day..
Don't want to drink fizzy drinks they make we feel blah... =(
