I love to cook and as I now live in the flat with the future husband to be (h2b), I get to cook to my heart content...
At the moment, I am loving frozen veg, I have winter one which contains sweet potatoe, carrot and parsnips which is sooo yummy, I have one with sweet potatoe, red onion and swede... plus a stir fry one..
But tomorrow night I am making yorkshire puddings, mince (with carrots & onion, maybe some parsnips) with mash potatoe and gravy for me and my h2b...
I really want to make pork chops with apple sauce and mash sweet potatoes but I think I will leave that till next week now as I haven't got any free time till next Monday...
Great receipe from the best mate... Cheese straws:
Puff pasty and mix in any type of cheese, cut into lines and put in the oven for 20 minutes, perfect cheese straws plus very yummy :)
Yay!!!!! Loving the cooking

Earthquake hits much of England
Moment quake hit
The biggest earthquake in the UK for nearly 25 years has shaken homes across large parts of England.
People in Newcastle, Yorkshire, London, Manchester, the Midlands and Norfolk and also parts of Wales, felt the tremor just before 0100 GMT.
A man suffered leg injuries when a chimney collapsed in South Yorkshire.
The British Geological Survey (BGS) said the epicentre of the 5.3 magnitude quake was near Market Rasen in Lincolnshire.
Bev Finnegan, who lives in the town, said: "I was terrified to be honest. The noise was really, really terrifying... it was so deep and rumbling.
"It felt like the roof was going to fall in. There were people coming out in their dressing gowns wondering what it was. It was quite an experience."
It's the third earthquake I have felt and by far the strongest
Adam Wilson
Cotgrave, Nottingham
'Biggest quake of my life'
A Lincolnshire police spokeswoman said the force had received dozens of calls from residents but there were no reports of anyone in the county being injured.
"There is slight structural damage, cracks and a couple of chimneys damaged. There's nothing serious at present," she said.
"Mostly people were distressed by it so there were a large quantity of calls coming in."
Speaking from Gainsborough, Mike Thomas, chief fire officer for Lincolnshire, said crews had been called out to 50 incidents and one fire as a result of the quake.
And Justin Cowell, in Gainsborough, told BBC News that it "started as a massive shake".
"People had come out into the street. It seemed the whole town had woken up."
Man sweeping
One man has been injured but structural damage is not severe
Tom Edwards, from Heckington, Lincolnshire, said he heard a noise like "an underground train and an enormous roar".
"I thought I was probably going to get killed."
Dr Brian Baptie, of the BGS, said: "An earthquake of this size, of magnitude five or thereabouts, will occur roughly every 10 to 20 years in the UK."
The BGS recorded an aftershock with a magnitude of 1.8 at about 0400 GMT.
The main 10-second quake, which struck at 0056 GMT at a depth of 15.4km (9.6 miles), was the biggest recorded example since one with a magnitude of 5.4 struck north Wales in 1984.
PREVIOUS QUAKES IN THE UK
April 2007 - Folkestone, Kent (magnitude 4.3)
December 2006 - Dumfries and Galloway (3.5)
September 2002 - Dudley, West Midlands (5.0)
October 2001 - Melton Mowbray (4.1)
September 2000 - Warwick (4.2)
April 1990 - Bishop's Castle, Shropshire (5.1)
July 1984 - Nefyn, north Wales (5.4)
June 1931 - in North Sea near Great Yarmouth (6.1)
Dr Baptie said: "The largest earthquake that we know about that has struck the UK was about 100km off the east coast of England on the Dogger Bank and it had a magnitude of 6.1.
"So we can get these kind of moderate to significant earthquakes of this size but they're relatively rare."
Thousands of people from across England contacted the BBC to described how their homes shook during the tremor.
Jemma Harrison, 22, in Bury, Greater Manchester, said: "It was really bad. I was fast asleep and woke up and the room was shaking and there was a loud bang and alarms were going off."
Natasha Cavey, in Tipton in the West Midlands, said: "All my cupboard doors flew open and the whole house shook, it was unreal. I can't believe it."
'Roof collapsed'
David in Alrewas in Staffordshire said: "The birds were flying around like it was daylight.
"It was quite severe. I experienced the Dudley one and this was more severe.
"I went outside to see if the roof had collapsed. I could see the furniture in the room moving, it was like it was on a jelly mould."
David Somerset, 41, from Driffield near Beverley in East Yorkshire, said: "I have never felt one as strong as that one before. I was in my sitting room and the grandfather clock was rattling rather violently.
I thought somebody must have kicked the door in and everything continued to rattle inside the house
Lynn Crombie, BBC reporter
"It was very strong, I felt the whole room moving."
Philip Norton, a BBC reporter for Look North in Hull, said: "Everything started wobbling.
"The windows were rattling and the blinds were visibly moving. "It sounded like the roof was coming in."
BBC reporter Lynn Crombie in Norwich said she was "absolutely terrified" and thought somebody "had driven into the side of the house".
"Then I thought somebody must have kicked the door in and everything continued to rattle inside the house," she said.
Jamil Ali in Sheffield said: "I woke up and the first thing I thought was that there were a load of burglars in the house.
"The kids were screaming and so was my wife. It was that violent you actually moved yourself."
The West Midlands was hit by an earthquake in 2002 in the Dudley area that reached a magnitude of 5.0 and one measuring 4.3 hit Folkestone in Kent last year.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/7266136.stm
I didn't feel it (as I live on the south coast of England) but my grandma who lives up there was shaken out of her bed, she thought a car had hit her house...

Stress, stress, stress
Too many things to do:
Ring, I've gotta try and get my ring to be size K instead of K & a half which a little on the big side, and trying to do this is becoming a problem as the jewellery shop say they haven't got it in that size! So now I'll have to get them to call around and call me back but I don't trust them so I'm going to do it as well!
Student Support, some how I've applied for the wrong bloody year and did it for last year, they didn't give me any cash, I think I would be happier if they did but now I'm worried when I have to reapplied in March that they won't pay me when I am actually at uni! So it's e-mailing conv!
Tidying, I thought the boytoy had tidy while I was at work but it doesn't look that way! Plus future mother-in-law is coming over and I would rather my flat be tidy..
Coding and Creating Visual Programming game, I need to get this finish my the end of half term, so I should start it today..
Research, getting married in Greece and how much..
Engagement party, start to write a list of who I want to come...
Weddings are fucking hard to understand...
I'm off to do my list of things, oh and eat breakfast even though it's now 11am!

Recovering...
I am recovering from Saturday night and Monday night partying.. It was all in a good cause...
Saturday night, I went out with a girl from work then met the college boys in town and didn't get home till 2am... Which didn't impress the boytoy as I past out as soon as I hit the bed..
Monday was the best mate's sisters 20th birthday party in the halls where she lives, again didn't get to bed till 2am.. but it was a wicked night and got to hang out with a load of uni students which I might meet again in Sept when I go to the same uni..
Well it's V day for me and the toyboy as we can't do it tomorrow as he is working the early shift and me the late.. great planning huh?
He was suppose to be cooking me toad in the hole but forgot the sausages so we are off out..

The addiction to lemon water...
Lavish is back hurrah!! I was starting to go slowly insane, I say starting, I mean I already was but it was adding to it :(
I have spent the week doing the normal rubbish, college work, work and watching telly... College is going well just getting all the work marked... Hopefully I will get DDM this year which in A Level terms AAB.. Fingers crossed.
I am really loving season three of desperate housewives on E4 in the afternoons when I get a chance, I can't wait for it on DVD as I keep missing it when I have class or work, bt the shocking twists and the supermarket epsiode, amazing!!
I am at the moment still totally addicted to lemon water, I prefer it cold with fizzy water but am going to start trying it in the morning hot as a wake.. I personally believe it is helping me lose weight and it gives all these extra benefits too:
After being good I am off out tomorrow evening in my town then on Monday night for the best mate's sisters birthday down at her uni so I am very much looking foward to this =)

- Lemon water cleanses and stimulates the liver and kidneys
- Lemon juice contains calcium, magnesium and potassium
- Lemon juice has been known to relieve asthma
- Lemon water (hot) offers relief from cold and flu symptoms while providing some much needed Vitamin C
- Lemon juice is a great skin cleanser

The one with the crazy week
This song describes me the best this week...
It's been the normal of college, work, and studying...
I now have TWO uni letters... I got into the second choice... am still waiting for the 1st choice to get back to me..
Update in more detail probably tomorrow as I am getting sleppy...
BTW. I miss Lavish :(
The little things, you do to me are
taking me over, i wanna show ya
everything inside of me
like a nervous heart that, is crazy beating
my feet are stuck here, against the pavement
i wanna break free, i wanna make it
closer to your eyes, get your attention
before you pass me by
So back up back up take another chance
Don’t you mess up mess up I don’t wanna lose you
Wake up wake up this aint just a thing that you
Give up give up don’t you say that I’d be
Better off better off, sleepin by myself and wonderin
If im better off better off, with out you boy
So don't just leave me hanging on
And every time, you notice me by
holdin me closely, and sayin sweet things
i don't believe, that it could be
you speekin your mind and, sayin the real thing
my feet have broke free, and i am leavin
i'm not gonna stand here, feelin lonely but
i wont forget you, and i won't think this
was just a waste of time
So back up back up take another chance
Don’t you mess up mess up I don’t wanna lose you
Wake up wake up this aint just a thing that you
Give up give up don’t you say that I’d be
Better off better off, sleepin by myself and wonderin
If im better off better off, with out you boy
But don't just leave me hangin on...........
